Site Visits.
In many cases, we will ask to visit your operation to allow our experts to get a feel for the physical space, how the team move around the floor and how we might be able to bring even more value to partnership (over and above providing world-class software!).
Project.
Once you’ve decided to on-board Clarus WMS, you will provided with a dedicated Solutions Consultant, who are tasked to ensure that your system is implemented efficiently, ensuring correct setup and rolling out training across key users.
All of our projects are also managed in the cloud! Each client gets access to their personal basecamp where they can discuss the project, share ideas and documentation and get in touch with the team in realtime!
On-going support
