Referral programme terms & conditions

The customer referral scheme (“the scheme”) is available to all current customers of Clarus Software Ltd (“Clarus WMS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the scheme, customers indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Clarus WMS reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the scheme at any time without notice.


1. To be eligible for the referral bonus, a customer must refer a prospect to Clarus WMS and the referred prospect must sign up to our “WMS platform” with Clarus WMS.


2. A “WMS platform” shall be defined as a minimum of a 12 month contract for our subscription services.

3. The referred prospect must remain an active user and be “live” on the platform for a minimum period of three (3) months from their sign-up date.


4. The bonus for successful referrals will be in the form of a credit applied to the referring customer’s account. No cash alternative will be provided.
5. The bonus amount for each successful referral is £2,500.


6. Any eligible bonus received through the customer referral scheme will be automatically applied towards clearing any overdue payments on the referring customer’s account.


7. Multiple referrals of the same prospect will not qualify for additional payouts. Only the first referring customer will receive the payout if the prospect meets the eligibility criteria.


8. There shall be no limit to the number of successful referrals from any one customer.


9. The referred prospect must not be an existing customer of Clarus WMS at the time of referral.


10. Employees, affiliates, and business partners of Clarus WMS are not eligible to participate in the scheme.


11. Clarus WMS reserves the right to disqualify any participating customer found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent activities.


12. The decision regarding the eligibility of referrals and payout allocation rests solely with Clarus WMS and is final.
