Promoter:
- The competition is organised by Clarus Software, referred to as “the Promoter.”
Eligibility:
2.1 This competition is open to warehousing professionals aged 18 or over, residing in the UK.
2.2 Proof of employment in the warehousing industry may be required.
2.3 Participants must hold a senior-level position within their business to be eligible for the prize. Eligible roles include:- Senior Leadership (e.g., Directors, VPs)
- Mid-Level Management (e.g., Warehouse Managers, Operations Managers, IT Managers)
- Owners
2.4 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, or associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
2.5 Clarus customers are not eligible but are encouraged to contact their representative for any future opportunities at Co-op Live.
Entry Period:
3.1 The competition is open from 25th November 2023 to 31st March 2025.
3.2 Entries received outside this period will not be considered.How to Enter:
4.1 To enter, complete the survey provided by the Promoter.
4.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.Prize:
5.1 The prize includes two VIP tickets to a Co-op Live event of the Promoter’s choosing.
5.2 The prize includes:- Premium VIP seating
- Drinks and light bites in the VIP area
- Accompaniment by Clarus WMS representatives
5.3 Travel, accommodation, and additional expenses are not included.
Winner Selection:
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email or phone by 6th April 2025.Claiming the Prize:
7.1 The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of notification.
7.2 Failure to respond will result in the prize being voided, and an alternative winner may be selected.Non-Transferable:
8.1 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.Publicity:
9.1 By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and image in promotional materials related to this competition.Promoter Rights:
